@afaIk > 'I blocked the three users so I can talk to myself.'.
Is the conversation on the appropriate level of intelligence? Because that's precisely why I do it. To keep conversations intelligent && entertaining.

@awesomeest > 'or a cowardly option....'.
Sure... On the other hand, I'm very aware of the weirdos && fucks out there, who have nothing better to do, than pester you w/ bullshit. If a person keeps sending you unwanted content, whatever it may be, then definitely a good option, which most of online-enabled games need && have, too. Especially when a chat is involved. -
@retoor > 'The dream is to be latest poster here.'.
Marking the territory, huh?
https://youtube.com/watch/... .

A useful feature.
-
That really grinds my gears.

/* https://youtube.com/watch/... */ -
...but w/ some activity, so maybe a type of a zombie?

@retoor > 'And Germans kinda suck.'.
&& yet, NOE has headquarters in there. -
@YourMom > 'So, there are vegan influencers that will complain on camera if they chicken in the their chicken salad when they ordered chicken salad.'.
Sums up pretty well: https://devopsreactions.tumblr.com/... . -
@retoor Watched it. Wow... It doesn't appear UK is doing well...
-
@retoor > 'Weak society.'.
That happens when people forget how to think... seems like this trend is more famous, nowadays. -
Source? _Some_ of us live under a rock.
/* Or metal... yes, Metal!... jk */ -
@YourMom > 'bareback'.
Well done, you've reminded me of that song they sang in 'The L Word': https://devrant.molodetz.nl/preview... . -
Muscle memory? Or perhaps nostalgia...
-
So... how _do_ you tame a horse in 'Minecraft'?
/jk -
Good movie. Watched it years ago.
-
@YourMom > 'Reddit popped up and asked GDPR related stuff.'.
Welcome to Europe.

Probably depends on cookies or site data or something like that. Also, on the service's designer being paranoid... or !really caring. I've seen both behaviors. The one where things just work as they used to, && the things _freaking out_ because of the new location. LastPass && Google e-mails belong to the latter section.
-
Fucking hell... typo... 'Friday The 13th', obviously.
-
Love horror movies. I kinda enjoy those from the 1980s && 1990s the most. One of the best ones that immediately comes to mind is the 'Shutter'... the Thai one. The other ones would be 'The Thing (1982)', && 'It (1990)'. 'Resident Evil' movies weren't bad, either, although they're !as great as the games. Then, you have great classics like 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre Remake (2003)', 'Night Of The Dead' franchise, 'Friday The 16th', 'Nightmare On Elm Street', 'The Skeleton Key' I'm digitizing right now.
Seriously... there's a lot of great horrors out there. -
Ever since moving to my new apartment, most of my HW has been in boxes...
/* Too lazy to unpack... */
I've been meaning to digitize my HD-DVD copy of 'The Skeleton Key' for a long time, so I decided to unpack my Xbox 360, given how the HD-DVD drive's already been unpacked for a year, or so... When attempting to power the Xbox 360, my PSU greeted me w/ the red light...
A quick search led me to this video: https://youtube.com/watch/... . Thanks to it, I have successfully revived the PSU.
/* Or, to be more specific, just performed maintenance on it. */
Digitizing the movie as I write this comment, while I still can, given how HD-DVDs like to fail. It already happened to my copy of '300' that just died one day. -
I like cinnamon, myself, but it all depends on what I am eating at the time.

OT: Sounds like a choice between the Douche && the Turd Sandwich... Pick your poison.
/* Well... probably better to salt && teach. Maybe if the user enters some ridiculously weak password, a message saying just that would be in order... At least you tried. */ -
@YourMom Ah, yes. I'm guessing EA was pushing their silly proprietary launcher. The series itself is very good, overall. Just as long as you don't nitpick at the few shortcomings like the endings of 'Mass Effect 3'.
-
@retoor Yup. The best kind.
/jk -
@Lensflare True. Same reason they often sell games w/ a number in the title, when the game is clearly something else. To ride the coattails of a well-known series, otherwise it would be a gamble.
Also true about the supposed 'lost sales'. Mostly BS propaganda.
Speaking of cookies w/ shit: 'Street Uni X'. https://youtu.be/lVLx7z1zghw .
I got 'slightly' weirded out when I learned about it. -
@YourMom > 'So the majority of places they applied were practicing ageism. Which is illegal. It is also why there is a lawsuit against Workday.'.
Good. The bastards got what they deserved. -
@retoor Well... there _is_ that specific hardware that I use for work that I can't really own... as an individual, that is. Those things are shrouded in mystery && you sign a blood contract w/ the devil himself to obtain them.
/jk... kinda... -
> 'AI is noticing tell tale signs that humans are actually someone else's AI experiment. Except we think we are all natural and not some lab experiment.'
Hmm... 'Mass Effect Andromeda' comes to mind. !humans, but another race had been engineered. Fun stuff. I have actually enjoyed the game, despite the whole hate surrounding it. -
Hmm... if true, that's just hilarious.
-
Kinda typical. You can't be _just_ good at something. You need to spend every waking hour outside of your day job working, too.
/s -
@YourMom Wow... That's completely fucked up.
