I do remember at least one of the games used Crowley as an antagonist that would summon demons or something like that, which was in the 'Nightmare Creatures'.

All in all this mix of story ideas could work.

The beginning portion sounded a bit like 'Zanzarah'.

!sure about the tech, though. Perhaps it's in there, too, but I haven't played the game in so long, so I can't remember.

@TheBeardedOne Yup, some 20-30 years ago there were so many arcades here, too.

Last thing I remember hearing about the arcades was Japan still having them in fairly small amounts, but then covid happened which finally did them in.

@retoor My handwriting has been steadily declining after college.

Many hours of working w/ keyboard, mouse, && other peripherals, while having very little need for actual writing nowadays.

@retoor Your small company sounds like my 1st job at a small, startup gamedev company.

Pay was abysmal && often !on time, projects were uninspiring, but the team was tops.

Met many great people there.

Became best friends w/ one of them - we keep in touch to this day, even though we'd both left that company in different directions career && geographically-wise.

@Lensflare I happen to have a very similar approach for the position of a 'lead'.
