And if you are a bad coder, you get:
Where are thefuckingir backups?
To soothefucking your skin, use goat milk.
Please refrain from using ethefuckingrnet cables as belts. -
Sometimes accidents happen to project managers, and they have to stay at home for a few weeks, because they tripped on a flight of stairs..
-
I am 1 and 2. And a 3 that i won't mention here.
-
@theuser not all companies have "server rooms". I used to work on the same room our network switches/routers/junk were. Actually, i moved rooms but the switches/routers mived with me.. :) would worry more if we could see tiles and the top part of the toilet behind him.
-
@Plochie i didn't mention a hockey stick, but yes, wear mask and use stick. Still works. :)
-
Spend time learning by yourself what he is teaching. Learn the small facts and prints of the subject, so you can embarrass him in front of the whole class.
Be better than him. If all else fails, wait for him outside with a hockey mask and beat the shit out of him.
Yes, i hate arrogant pricks.
You can also learn to not give a fuck, like the other wimps suggested.. Probably better lesson too. ;) -
@CozyPlanes came here for the brainfuck. :)
-
Well, instead of a +, you should get a - for trusting "Guy". Shouldn't you know better? "guy"s can't be trusted. You are a dev, trust yourself.
Gave you a + anyway for putting up with "Guy" without killing him.
For the record, you dont really need ajax in django to make popups.. (depends on the purpose, of course). -
Been using vim for a few weeks also. So awesome. With theme, file tree and split screens. Like jetbrains on terminal. But cooler. And lighter. And cooler.
-
Django is very cool. A bit steep of a learning curve, though, but very powerful and rewarding. And deploying is a bitch, if you don't know what you are doing.
Also, bless virtualenvs. -
You should feel blessed. You ungrateful tab loving bastard you. :)
-
Someone who already told it was 35px the 13 last times, but you keep sending him a 36px one. Kidding. Hopefully.
-
@dontPanic hehe, coolness. The greatest trilogy (of five books) of all time. :)
-
I know the answer is 42. For the question you will have to wait for a few million years or read the books.
(Go for the books, takes a bit less and it's way more fun) -
It's her gps.
-
Probably why most devs (myself included) prefer to work during the night. Dark theme ftw.
-
@jhh2450 if only intelligence was visual..and humility. ;)
-
@Linux ah ok, i understand. But i thought you meant different versions of not only php but everything else, i.e. mysql, postgresql, etc. All the inevitable stuff related to a project. Sometimes i have those requirements and with vagrant (or even docker, like mentioned above) we can contain everything easily.
Still, great tip for php. And much lighter. Thanks. :) -
@Obfuscator yes, thats another interesting way to do things like this.
-
@Linux I'm all ears for easier tools/processes. You mentioned fpm. Github - jordansissel?
Please share those easier ways. :) -
Vagrant, anyone? Have several projects with several "version" needs, eaxh with its vagrant machine.
-
@jhh2450 the world couldn't take it. Too damn ugly (i mean me).
-
@RakNoel haha. Well, jokes aside, how can mortals ever know what people like you/us are really doing on a black screen with letters they don't understand?
Your avatar seems familiar..thought i was replying to myself. :) -
@a-n00b enjoy your machine. No matter how many stickers it has. :)
-
@a-n00b we all have that corny side, being nerds and all.. ;) used to have a "www" sticker on my car, until my girlfriend nicely pointed out she wouldn't be caught inside it unless i removed it.
Just built a pc myself. Lots of fun assembling it. -
@a-n00b don't take it seriously. :) Obviously i understand and make no judgements (well, maybe just for fun). Though you could stick them in your car/bike/moped. ;) And i never thought you would be one to change the xp theme, lol. Still, great rig. What are the specs on that thing?
-
That's messed up. I understand the fanboyism, but you shouldn't mess things like that. Its like using an osx theme in xp, or have a mullet and be against free gun market. You have issues.
-
I just follow jetbrains code format. And frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn. (But i do about tabs)
(I will push you down the stairs..) -
Don't be such little bitches. PHP is not that bad. There are some great tools and frameworks to help you out. As for other languages. So if it has to be done in [insert not extremely stupid bad language or out of purpose requirements here], just do the knuckle thing and have fun. Recall, relearn, learn and enjoy.
All the above if you are a dev. -
@RakNoel so make it green on a black background. So stupid paranoid people can more easily relate to the seriousness in movies way better.
