@jestdotty I tried something new. I cook a hamburger, then warm up some goat gouda (it doesn't seem to melt much) on top, then use sour cream and onion chips as a make shift bun. It is holy shit amazing!

I think I need to find a way to make a thin potato based bun that is sour cream and onion flavored. or add very light amount of sour cream and onion. I like the potato chips way more than a bread bun.
