Required once help from specialized docter, but could only get it by going to regular doctor first for administration but I wasn't able to do that anymore. They did let me rot and made the problem become way worse. There was nothing to do against buteaucracy.

Say what you like about it however the one argument I've heard for it which was quite compelling for meis: bureaucracy is what keeps us out of chaos and brings order and structure to another wise unruly and unpredictable world. There's loads of room inefficiency of course but that doesn't mean the principle of bringing structure isn't a good thing
