I dont want to bother with these either, so I set up a what is called inkaso in our country, idk what it is in english, probably it is called the same. You sign some documents and let the internet/cellphone provider get money from your account, so you dont have to do shit.
However, at some point i started to got penalised for not paying, so i called them is my inkaso set up right? They said yes, I asked my bank, is this inkaso set up right? They said yes, so we figured it was some kind of a mistake.
Next month penalty was double amount and an even bigger fee for deactivating internet and cellular on my phone, because I didn't pay/was late with payment 2 months in a row.
So obviously one of those motherfuckers was lying.. -
how dare you
-
@phat-lasagna don't mistake boomers for millenials, we are to gen z what boomers are to us, it is not good or bad, it is what it is
-
@aviophile I´m sorry?!

@NoToJavaScript: I'm the CTO, i cannot have "no idea" :(
that makes it even better lol
Use propaganda tactics, after you did something terrible, act like they are the stupid ones, like "Did you not receive my email about the periodic password reset for security reasons, or you just didn't read it at all? Am I the only one around here who cares about security?" you wont even lie -
PP is my favorite MS product, how dare you

@AlgoRythm i dont have the correct numbers either, long story short the last stats where they calculated it was from china and fatality for NOT ELDERLY PEOPLE but economically active, who you can see and meet on the street mostly was 1 in 500, so the 3% fatality is actually if youre actually meeting with old people, but if youre an introvert it guy like most of us 😀 fatality is waay lower... #statisticDistribution
-
@AlgoRythm i was referring to 1 in 50 people... its 1 in 500
-
@nitnip slovakia? :D
-
your numbers are incorrect, making your argument invalid
-
lovely, right?
I was hesitant, I was developing on my company Macbook Air, but got insecure about using company laptop at home, carrying it with me so bought a Xiaomi Notebook Pro which has 16GB RAM and 2 M.2 slots so windows for gaming and linux mint for developing then got bored of constant rebooting to switch between the two OS so now I installed VirtualBox and created a MacOS Catalina VM but its choppy, laggy as fuck so I gave up and created an ubuntu vm like I should have right at the beginning -
i knew its a new user who posted this
welcome to devrant! -
@shiv7071007 i was not sure about the syntax, and didnt wanted to screw up my data so i used mysqlworkbench and it worked just fine, then i deleted about 9,9gigs of historical data and im running fine now
-
oh and the best part, I had a laravel project in dev mode on the site, so the "No space left on disk" error just throws all my env variables at you if you open the site... being dumb hurts man... this is how all those "I'll do that later" tasks end
