@Stuxnet personally I agree, but it's mostly circumstantial. I myself, am a student and find that I don't need all the baby, tea or cleaning products I'm recommended, especially on YouTube.
-
Look at line 30 @Pogromist

Apologies for the confusion in writing, wrote it in haste.
So, the thing is we're studying databases and so had to use sql to write our database schema. Now as sql has some variants, mine was mssql. Now we had to develop a front end gui for it and also setup a backend server. Mostly people used php for the backend and developed html pages and had them connected to it as a front end gui. -
I see AIB, I ++

Why psychology though?? Should've kept the conversation going, just for the lels.
-
@jonii reasonably said, and ofc everyone feels the same way, part of what makes us vulnerable, just like a system 🤔. Which I guess further strengthens what I think.
-
@dontPanic 😔
-
.
-
@gitpush the fuck. That's an actual thing???
-
While I shall make this comment, I do not intend to be rude. Was this another of those *clears throat* "btw I run Arch" moments ?
-
@SanitizedOutput even better manually type 100 lines of * adding another * with each line. This was the point where my suspicion in the system began
-
@SanitizedOutput because we were not taught that at that point and using things not learned in class weren't allowed as it would "give people an unfair advantage". BS like that
-
Be like my lab TAs for a course I took when I was a novice. A program for making an * triangle
*
**
***( You get the idea)
But make it for a 100 lines. And no loops either. Because that's how you go about programming. -
@tetris thanks for the link will try to get into it. Considering I'm opting for going towards software development I consider this to be a necessary thing I need to master. To be honest it really scares me but I realise I need to nonetheless get out of my comfort zone and truly grind if I'm to make that change.
-
@Cyanide perhaps if I read it like that I'd find it less intimidating 😂
-
@Fast-Nop thanks man, his seems descriptive yet simple enough
-
@Fast-Nop I've worked with mostly c++. The problem I have is with understanding buffer overflows, and the whole memory address structure and how it works. Like I can sort of understand and have an idea of how it works, but if someone asked me to explain it to them I don't have enough understanding to explain it all completely.

@xkill Pakistan
-
Adding it to tables in a latex document. Because if you're gonna create a database, make sure it's a pretty one.
-
@theKarlisK tis the plan, 1 down 2 to go.
-
@metamourge 😂😂😂
-
@pollux considering how most people I know including me have the habit of writing code with the idea that I write this now and I finish this now, with little to no comments, prolly not a bad thing
-
Every setup I see is fucking beautiful, all I manage to end up with is a half working os with some missing essential programs while I cluelessly search what's wrong on my phone. Then again, choosing i3 was my own fault.

There's a famous term my uni has for business students (future business guys). "Snakes".
Pretty sure that's how most of them will turn out.
On the other hand, kudos. -
@perotti I know man, I know.
-
@Maroti true, but I've taken it a step further and fixed certain episodes as my go-to for motivation 😅
-
Not necessarily, you may like what's taught. Sometimes it's just so hard you can't do much other than complain.
