    Excel is actually a good db... If possible the open source version. Has password and you can make a gui inside the tables to see and filter data.

    Excel is the absolute shindigs (awesome). Pivot tables are an easy way to translate technical stuff like timing breakdowns to PMs.

    Also SQL exports - just watch it doesn't munch leading zeros
