I actually feel it like the other way around. Some sleep deprivation is really good for better programming, just what happens with alcohol . You ever heard about the Ballmer peak?

I thought I was one of the few thinking like this
Just like @wonwon0 said... Reivent the wheel as long as you have the time -
Full stack, starting with devops, know Go, PHP, Node and Python a bit but not my hit.
ALso love frontend, currently doing my own "framework". Loving VueJS and have worked with React, wanna try out angular.
Docker, AWS, Jenkins. etc, love everything related to programming and web stuff. -
Work, even if it takes almost 5 hours a day in commuting. I can't focus at home, I have my cat , my bed, my beer... can't focus. Always get up later than I should and just to watch top tens on youtube. When I'm at work, since I see people I hate everyday, I prefer to focus and not mind them while listening to music and non-stop programming.

@rutee07 Same here, windows 10 at home, Linux Mint at work
-
@Floydian I do, I think. One of them for sure, the other one i lost it when I formatted my pc. Why?
-
I wanted to do the same but didnt find the API :(. 6tin for example is an app for windows where you can move your location (which as far as I know, is only possible with the "premium" subscription). They must have some deal with tinder I must guess, but It's fun to watch how easily you can consume a public API and get something done with it (even if its bad)
-
Yeah I got to know about them just like 5 months ago... I was like holy god, how did I not know this?
-
@Fast-Nop No, the input is just 'illustrative' and the value is taken from the db to match the other input (which is some sort of password), so there is no need of it, it is just a fancy thing to let the user see it
-
@GMR516 Lua! Nice. I also wanna learn some C++ or C but it scares me
-
@AleCx04 Nice stuff. I'm also learning Clojure and wanna learn Rust/Golang

I like talking long walks while talking to myself and imaging a lot of different scenarios on which I would like to be part of. Just that

Those job offers are mostly made by HR, the stupid fucks think that Java and Js are the same, pretty much the same as some of my teachers lol
They also have a lot of mistakes that make me puke -
Good job mate !! <3 I still have one year left before I can do one lol
What was it about anyways? -
That's the case of every teacher I've had in school. There is one special case of a fucking stupid fuck that I will never forget. I'm from Mexico and my first language was PHP, so this fucker asked us for a completely well built system that did whatever we wanted but had to be "big". So I built this basic "store" with crud and inventory and all that stuff. The day of the presentation an error related to converting a date to a string popped up, the huge fucker spent entire weeks talking about his trips to NY and how much money he made and how good his english was. Well, the error was clear "can't convert date to string" and I told him, oh dude, that's cos of the server... the server is not working very well and he was like... "uhm, alright, go on" OMG fucking asshole, since that day I realized how much I hated that school and most of my "teachers"

Elixir <3 -
@DanijelH Never used react but for what i've heard of, installing it is a pain in the ass, besides, the learning curve is so much smoother in vue and does many more powerful things (with the components), I love vue <3
-
Excuse me gentleman, can you spare a moment to talk about VueJS?
-
My best wishes man, stay strong. Get some rest and hopefully it will all end soon, God is good.
-
That's called advanced AI lol
