my co-web devs just introduced me to css grids.
I feel so stupid for not knowing this, how long has this been here? HOW COME I MISSED OUT ON CSS GRIDS12 -
My step mother told me she has an old laptop from which she wanted to extract the email address book. I highly doubt of them (less than 20) are still up to date. Some of them are from dead ISPs 😰
I'm honestly surprised about the immediate respond times and that it still works pretty well.6 -
Spotify either being fancy at NULL or having encrypting problems 🤗😂
But I totally like to hear "more like " 👌3 -

Story time :
Sometime ago I posted a video on YouTube on how to root a particular phone that was lying around at home. I was trying to demonstrate one of those "one-tap root" apps that were plentiful in the market. It so happened that one specific version of Framaroot and one particular method of exploit works for that device. I even verified this by trying different versions and it didn't work. So in the description it was mentioned to use ONLY this version that worked. Few days later there were atleast 5 dislikes and comments that it didn't work on some other version.
Seriously?
That's how I understood how stupid and dumb people can get.7 -
Well, i solved a pretty hard problem I had today with Firebase and a pretty tricky data model, so I guess I am pretty excited to have solved that problem right now!

After years around devs of all levels of expertise I have found the following to be true mostly of junior developers.
Junior devs seem to like to pick out a single (or few) idiosyncrasies of a language/framework and then call it shitty overall.
While senior devs have seen the small idiosyncrasies of many languages/frameworks and know that none of them are perfect and those quirks come with the territory.
It may also have something to do with senior devs having less to prove and therefore not wasting their time of such useless language debates....

Finally, got this piece of beauty and badass combined, just to get some peace at work...
Now, dare those noisy neighbors, who doesn't silence their mobile and laptops, making loud chimes in IM, playing music on speakers and knocking at my desk when I'm on headphones and clearly don't want to be disturbed...7 -
Is it a good idea to hack the website of my previous condescending and irrational boss? and do social media attacks on their online pages as well?9
