Do you mind switching to debian based distro? Pop OS from system76 comes with preinstalled drivers and get updates much sooner than other debian based distros. You can really easely change which graphics cards you're using. Checkout their site it is advertised there!

I also got glasses but they only have blue filter and it is amazing, my eyes get sore in 10 minutes without them, with them I can be 10+ hours on PC

I dont know why you guys have those problems, I recently switched my nvidia miners to linux and its rock solid with over 2 weeks uptime on nvidia396 and overclocking, but those are 1080s, 1070s and 1060s

I've got an s340, it is an amazing case, truly silent, i have 212evo cpu cooler and 390x strix, if the hdd isn't running, i cant even hear the coolers work,and pc is on my desk right next to me. I'm pretty sure you will love it too!

Im kinda a thinkpad fanboy, just got myself a 6 year old x220 for 200euro that runs really smooth,but if you want more modern hardware go for the x1.
If you dont mind the gamerish look, razer blade is made insalely good with great specs.

I was using windows only when i wanted to play some games, but since i play csgo mostly now, fedora is doing great for me, still learning all the commands and stuff but its really fun!

When using rufus it makes both uefi and legacy version, try going to boot menu and selecting the uefi boot version of usb
