@forkbomber had nothing to do with you, so just go away already. Stop trolling.

If you're great at sucking, at least you're great at something.
-
Marry that girl. She gets it.

@returningsam ................................................................................................................................................ bruh.

It takes a bit of getting used to. Once you get it, though... It's pretty great.
People love to bitch about it, mostly because devs will complain about anything (which is why we're here in this app, right?), but it's actually really nice. -
Randomly, or?
That's shitty. Sorry that's happening. -
@beningreenjam seriously? It doesn't show in search for me at all.
OMG is App Store search not good? Shocking. -
This post itself is a duplicate, so... Way to hammer the point home.

Swift.
Objective C is still a thing, but won't be for long. If you're building from the ground-up, Swift is what matters.
If you're walking into an existing codebase at a job, it's probably in Objective C, so at least familiarize yourself with its shitty syntax and frustrating parameters... Then tell your PM it needs to be re-written in Swift. -
Saw it. Not into it. Ties right into search and the new Assistant -- and encryption is off by default for some reason.

Nothing can prepare you for the real world, CS degree or otherwise. It's a good foundation, but experience is what matters.
Just take what you can from your course work and apply it to projects you're passionate about. Once it's time to start your career, you'll be more well-rounded and knowledgeable. -
I go HARD on red-green-refactor. I feel like everything should he as minimal as possible.
Ugly code makes me anxious. -
Open, but you can choose how the stream performs.
Hopefully follows come soon. -
It's all the interwebz so it's your job.
-
Lol wut.
-
It's called Google/ Stack Overflow. We all use it. Act accordingly.

Well, at least Lattner is qualified. 😒

I keep a list in Notes (yes I use Apple Notes, go to hell everyone) of new ideas as they come to me.
I'm an idiot, so I know that if I don't, I'll blank and feel terrible about myself when I want to start something. This way, I can just pull from the list... Or sometimes, the list itself inspires a new idea. -
Swift welcomes you to the dark side.
-
That itself is pretty ratchet.

@Wabby You're right, that line of thinking IS confusing.
