No. Please spoonfeed me what is it, I'm too lazy to google it.

```
jest.mock('mailer')
Here, fixed it for them. -
*PR of HBO*
Ok, so now that we've murdered that son of a bitch intern, what do we say to the public?
*CEO of HBO*
Make a phony twitter post, idgas. -
Also known as a "typical work day in Balkans".
-
Congratulations, and beware the Dunning-Kruger effect
-
M1 MB Air.
-
Now I feel so insecure
-
@heyheni other than my nickname (which is unique), how can they find out my identity without the email address?
-
Why wouldn't you want to be an arrogant asshole? It's the best
My gf invited me to be a translator to some incredibly boring meeting. The other guy refused to say a word, just used Google Translator.
The most exhilarating 3 hours of my life, correcting Google Translator. -
*meanwhile in Norway*
Ah fuck a bug splashed on the windshield of my helicopter. -
@vintprox and here I was thinking that Docker is a boat. Silly me. 😁
-
Kinda unrelated, but I thought the same about Macbooks.
-
As a JS developer, I understand you, and am sorry on his/her behalf. We don't deserve to be treated so well. JS allows us to scale up too quickly, and so we must be held to a higher standard.
As long as it has great games, kids won't care.
Oh wait, all great games are on windows.
Dude, you're gonna have a tough time teaching him not to like games. -
@CuberDude that's the best job description 😅 I'm borrowing this joke to the office.
-
@spongessuck on a 13.3" 4k with no matte coating and a serious hit on a battery life - I'd always pair such thing with an external monitor.
-
@spongessuck @Fast-Nop there is a 16GB variation on AMD version on this laptop.
Fujitsu advertises 22hrs, which is obviously BS on 25wh, but can't be that far from truth. Here's hoping -
@Fast-Nop 10oz ones
-
@spongessuck @synemeup ok, our needs don't match obviously. Let me explain what I care about in a laptop:
Portability, toughness so could throw it around like a tool, 1080p on 13.3" is maximum I'd use (at 100% scale) anyway, also it's good for battery life. Keyboard is better than the MB Air (the only other candidate IMO)
Cpu is good enough for running VSCode and pushing commits to the pipeline on a server.
Have I mentioned the weight? It weighs slightly more than 2 Milka chocolate bars!
Do you emphasize with that? Or am I in a narrow niche of users? -
@IntrusionCM yes please
-
"again"?
-
When I say something stupid on devrant, I feel less obligated to feel bad about myself, because developers are robots and have no emotions.
Whoops, did it again. -
@wackOverflow yeah, see, that's the next level ambition I was thinking about.
-
Do you work at Tesla?
There's no other company I would stalk employees' husbands of.
My dream is to smoke weed with Elon Musk -
I take it as a challenge. Quality stuff is out of the reach of the budget - find a way to manufacture it cheaper.
I am still very proud to be an EU citizen, because we're so much better off than any other nation. Stupid laws and regulations challenge us to be innovative, and be smart about our actions. -
@matt-jd freelance Digital Nomad. I never worked in my own country. But for taxation purposes, still looking within inside the EU. So doesn't really matter where.
-
@magicMirror Will you do it again for M1 please? That's the processor this rant is about
-
@magicMirror I think M1 laptops are great value for performance, battery life, in a lightweight, sturdy package.
I like girls and laptops the same - skinny, capable, and giving the ability to run "sudo" commands.
Yeah im single. -
@purist have you seen the price on System76's laptops?
