@FitzSuperUser the Mac flash storage will last long beyond eg. Samsung 850 SSD's and they'll easily last 300 TB of writes😅

I'm receiving my 500GB MacBook soon and if it just lasts 300TB of writes, I'll have to write the entire disc 600 times. :o) At that time, SSD's will be even cheaper and I'll throw a new one into it

I hardly imagine it being so limited that syncing should be a problem. What about dropbox, and general work? When you're running composer install, and write a gazillion small files..

I threw a SSD into my 2011 MacBook and it's now running fast again. Worth considering :)

SD, AUX and similar are old and horrible technologies. USB-C and Bluetooth all the way.. and in like 5-6 years, something even better will be implemented and people will hate companies for removing USB-C.

😂 I do it when my mouse moves laggy; because I connected my old MacBook to a 2K (2500-ish pixels) monitor and it only supports 1920 originally.. so I'm pushing it too hard, and sometimes it cries by making mouse slow 😂
