Eslint: bla is declared but not used, STFU im still typing you peace of shit.
-
Im not against a code style.
Im against the default style those tools got, and somehow ppl agree with this crap style.
Also if you got a commit that behaves like you said, dont merge it, deny the review, etc.
Its just annoying when is for debug reasons type some "test" somewhere, and everything goes red like a nuklear war is going on because esLint is freaking the fuck out. -
I mean that classical, index based loops.
The second one would i never use when i got an index, but thats just because im old. -
Python is cancer.
-
@Lensflare i srsly experienced senior devs that where not able to understand for i loops.
-
I use notepad++, atom, vscode and sublime are to slow. For the real coding stuff I use jetbrains anyway.
-
the reall hard thing is to create code that is efficient AND understandable. the most clean code ideas are often leading to less Performance on runtime. thats a tradeoff and there are Places where code readability is not that important as Performance. like in shaders, or heavy (really heavy) database Operations or Iterations.
-
i loke go, its a nice concept. but the syntax is to much eye cancer for me, so i sadly cant use it =(
-
i still just use an openGL and openAL context. i tried with engines like unity or stuff but they all so limited. you should try some others aswell and find the right midway between complexity, limitedness and workflow.

egypts would be proud of how you make that Pyramide true

get Windows 10, Problem solved.

@devTea if allmost everything i see that is made with that framework sucks, then its the framework. specially when the "best practise" guids leads to descripter behavior
-
