b2plane63742yGo out for a jog or walk. I prefer jog with my apple watch and the goal of every jog is to burn 500 calories which takes about 1h of lightweight jogging. Come home and feel much better mentally

i have been that way most of my adult life. recently i got professional help. 6 1 hour sessions for 6 weeks. I learned techniques and clues. now i am a zillion times better. PS get a dog!

A bit of physical activity is proven to help. I believe in more activities in general. Making stuff is always a fun activity. Take guitar lessons or a pottery class or something
