lead failed to give me work then an hour before deadline gives me a ticket that she was given 2 weeks ago that was for 3 days of work. then tells management it's not done cuz I didn't do it. that kinda stuff. she threatened me with that one idk if anyone bought it, I wasn't there at the time.

it was specifically she would confront me about not having done something the right way so I'd change it, and then she would berate me more for some reason so I had to tell her if she wants me to complete tasks properly she needs to tell me what her expectations are, and then she called in management saying she couldn't work with me and management would DM me telling me I sounded "sarcastic". I told them I was being literal. quite literally I can't guess requirements, they have to be told to me. management never replied or messaged me again and I was fired later.

If anything, I’d encourage you to protect yourself as ur main motivation but also have morals. If that happens next time, like your lead just suddenly decides to be your enemy, come at them with twice the manipulation. Convince the world that they are the most evil people in the world. Destroy their fucking life. If they make something up, make something up worse about them.

I’m not saying to do it out of nowhere, and I’m not saying to do it without thinking of a plan, I’m saying to fight back if someone tries to fuck with you with the intention of winning every. Single. Time. Do you know what I mean?

I think in the first place I get hung up on why people even believe slander, so my brain can't even think of anything. I don't have a repertoire of tools to choose from, idk how to download that even if I see them being used, cuz I always think people won't fall for it and then get disappointed and it makes me lose interest
