It appears randomly even when cpu is running fine. Lucky you :-)

@Grumm VS itself is the same. Dotnet 5 is a major improvement from .net framework, but it's a different topic 🙂

I can relate, 100%. Maybe I always did it the wrong way, I don't know. I don't know anyone IRL who does those daily standup meetings and thinks they are useful

I think that you always should close the task as soon as you are sure you did the job the best you could.
Close the task and let your manager think what you should do next.
If your manager doesnt give you anything and you don't have anything left to do, you can do some research online, try new things, etc.

@rEaL-jAsEs Having all the features i could ever want is different from not being slow.
I haven't tried Android Studio or any other major IDE in the last 4 years, but this is not the point. If they are slower than VS, well, sucks for people who use them :D

@theabbie yes! I use VS only for C# files. Sometimes i accidentally open a XML or XSD file in VS and it's an unpleasant experience

@Eklavya I already did and it surely improved the startup time, but it' slow and clunky even while typing, opening files, reloading projects, etc.
I guess there are no better options for big C# solutions
