Sometimes I'm to lazy to properly abstract and reuse code, so I'll just copy & paste and then alter it - and then later curse myself about that. I'm working on this though...

Bootcamps? They make sense, but only for highly specialized topics for which there's barely a good tutorial. Otherwise I'll just stick to Google "mytopic tutorial"

Got a test for my official certification as trainer for apprentices. Nervuosity starts to kik in and I will sure as hell not sleep well tonight 😥 -
Take a look at open source projects which are known to be build well and compare their approaches to yours.
What did they do better?
Where were your ideas more sound?
Take the best approaches and continue to polish them, but always be on the hunt for the better idea3 -

Advice for all future developers: for every project you work on - write down the time you've spent on it, which technologies (eg. Languages, stack, DBMS.. ) you used and what the subject of the project was. You'll likely gonna need it for future job applications and it's hard to come up with every detail after 6 years if you haven't written it down...2
