What does living with developers feel like?

How often have you gotten gigs/jobs where you felt you are overworked and underpaid. How do you deal with such clients and jobs

Devrant isn't like twitter where every fucking tweet is either a recycled tweet or fucking irrelevant to your life. This is a good app for a change. I mean you can ask industry questions here and get great answers and insights unlike twitter where everybody wants to be savage. Maybe I shouldn't even compare the two in the first place but fr twitter is bullshit

Honest question.
Developers that don't work for a company and that don't use freelancing platforms but are successful, you're making good money, how do you guys do it? What advice would you give me, I really just started out as a developer a few years ago and I can say I'm still struggling but have high hopes for the future. Any advice is okay.

Been coding for about 2 years now and haven't earned a dime. Anyone else feel like this??

Why do developers out there think java is a write off just because of kotlin's existence? Java isn't going anywhere fam, you know how large the community of Java programmers is? You'll hardly find stackoverflow answers written in kotlin. Kotlin is the official language just as c# is for Microsoft but that doesn't stop anyone from writing windows software with java. Stop scaring potential java programmers with "ANDroId iS rOotiNG For kotlIN" for fucks sake.
