A digital nomad is someone who's location independent, that means he can travel the word as much as he likes and affords to do so by freelancing / running an online business or by having a remote job. A big part of them are software developers or work in similar fields.
However you shouldn't think that they're always on a vacation. A little quote from r/digitalnomad : You're not on vacation, you just work in a more interesting place.

@rhein7 that sounds like a pretty good idea! I'll be definitely looking into that. How much do you charge for it?

@just-basic-user exactly, everything I find requires a degree in computer science and a thousand years of experience :(

I haven't fully cleaned mine since I got it a few years ago. Only when I spilled something on it.
By now I'm just scared to clean it -

@DjSall I'm in 12th grade as well, where do you find jobs and what do you do? I'm trying to find something but it's impossible for me to compete with the high ranked people on upwork and freelancer.
-
@CWins I thought most people here prefer Linux?
I'll show myself out. -
@demiko that's true, I had to spend way too much time fixing Eclipse after I accidentally fucked it up.
-
Praise Ctrl+Z, our Lord and Savior.
-
@CyclingMatt I actually feel stupid instead. Wanna know the fix? I put = instead of ==.
This is what happens when you write code when you should be sleeping. -
Damn, you hired the new kind of Hipster-dev.

After writing a lot of java and then writing in python I sometimes put a semicolon
