If i was a digital nomad i wouldn't be answering.
Digital nomads are people who free themselves from technology's of the digital age. Facebook twitter. Gps technology's and things that hold data on you. Or your so called quality of life tech. I actually did this for some time. Cut off internet. And shut down digital tech. It was eye opening. And totally do able.

@skprog think you confused the term Neo-Luddism or simple living with digital nomad.

If you are into simple living, I found this article interesting.

Oh, and it’s someone that lives completely location independent like a real “Nomad” but conducts work or business purely online.

Sell all your shit, throw your computer, phones and some clothes in a bag and go wherever you want as long as you can buy a sim or get wifi and even some places without with the right gear 😁🤘🏼

@IllSlapU yeah, aside from your passport you could just get all new equipment and practically disappear.

@LogicBomb how did you manage it to tell that to someone you love or like?
How many months or years were you invisible?
How did it went when you got home again?

How did you manage it to eat, at times, when you didn't get your money?

A digital nomad is someone who's location independent, that means he can travel the word as much as he likes and affords to do so by freelancing / running an online business or by having a remote job. A big part of them are software developers or work in similar fields.
However you shouldn't think that they're always on a vacation. A little quote from r/digitalnomad : You're not on vacation, you just work in a more interesting place.

@gitpull Depending on your home currency your conversion is usually favourable in a tonne of awesome countries.
And cost of life’s basics is usually cheaper.. although I’m from Australia do that’s not fucking hard haha.

Significant other I didn’t have and don’t have. If you meet someone that you like it’s not hard to make it work.. just make that your main hub and bounce from there.

Accom is cheap. Even private rooms with ensuite average around $20/25 Aud per night. You can go cheaper but around that you’ll get great value for money, wifi, good room, private bathroom so no one gets pissed off with you working or making calls at weird hours.
