@mjones44 yeah. So far I've been making small stuff via web tutorials. I'm eager to make bigger projects this year.
-
@Yamemori yeah, that must be it!
-
@BindView will give it a look ;-)
Another thing I forgot to mention is that I'm aiming to use the chosen framework on production sites. -
@JS96 here in Argentina they keep teaching Visual Basic 6 and Visual Fox Pro 6. I assure you it's not the latest version.
-
@CWins sadly, those are courses offered by some institute for this very year :/
-
@CWins thanks for the update. I it were me, I would have written C# en that panflet.
-
That's some nice starting design for a dashboard. The first dashboard I made was awful, and right now I'm finishing an admin dashboard for a client that really sucks (the dashboard, not the client), but he likes it anyway.
Keep going! -
Those are some really nasty variables.
-
I need that!
-
Really nice! Make sure to enjoy it ;-)
-
Thanks to all!
Guess I'm sticking to PyQt so far... -
We've been using Visual Studio with .NET so far. They wanted to switch to Python an ditch VS cause don't wanna pay license anymore.
So I guess WPF isn't an option -
Said the Visual Basic 6 developer (guess that's why he is in bed)
-
I've learned Ruby in a time where Visual Basic and PHP where the "ones" with my classmates. So I loved things like chaining, procs and lambdas and the easy syntax.
Since then, Python and JS took a lot of my time. But Ruby will allways be the one! -
@gustig lol. Bass player jokes never gets old!
At this point is more of a hobby for me. -
Constant updates on languages support. That's maybe the best advantage (I still use Sublime)
-
You, sir, are a hero
-
Congratulations, man! A toast for you.
-
@speedForce guess I learned something new today ;-)
-
A bit of everything, actually.
- Classical music: mostly Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Dvorak, Haydn, Handel, Wagner, Carmina Burana (O Fortuna when debbuging), Tcahikovsky, Vivaldi, and so on...
- Ambient: Carbon Based Lifeforms mainly and others
- Post Rock: this is my main choice: Explosions in the Sky, God is an Astronaut, Mogwai.
- Others: David Lanz, The Reign of Kindo, The American Dollar, and a lot of Instrumental bands.
(Maybe I'm missing some right now) -
"Washington GET"
I lost my shit with that! -
Nice. I'm adding that to my list of "things related to vuejs to learn"
-
"It would be nice that I can like everything I do in the app, just like Facebook"
-
The one I've used for years is Linux Mint. Recently, I've wanted to test if my new notebook (with Windows 10 preinstalled) would run it, so I installed it on VirtualBox. It feels like having part of my soul again.
-
After you wake up, how are you using Vuejs to test?
-
Happy birthday! Allways thought that a girlfriend that understand the special tastes of a programmer is a keeper ;-)
-
Congrats on that. Those clients sure are rare.
-
This is pure gold!
-
Damn, that pic looks good!
-
Dude, please take the time to sleep properly. Your health is more valuable than any project, remember that ;)
