For everyone accusing me for shitting on SO: I'm not.
SO is one of the most useful tools/communities for devs and I personally use it daily.
However, you're lying to yourself if you say this shit doesn't happen. There's a reason so many people are ranting about it. Questions get downvoted because they're simple/complex short/long or simply because someone finds the format of the question hitting their pet peeve. There is of course a golden middle ground everyone should attempt to reach but should the question be completely disregarded if it wasn't done absolutely perfectly?
