Exams don't mean anything.

@Linux
Amen brother!
@mshokoohi
Is there a correct answer? :)
@Nawap
I don't have a beard :/ -
One day everything will run on a free and open source OS and spyware will not be included in operating systems.
One day we will not have security flaws in CPUs or routers.
One day everything connected to the internet will be secure.
Yeah, one day. -
@Froot
I don't mind GitHub making money but I would prefer if it was open source :). I'm sure there is a way for open source projects to make money. But it most likely will never be that so we need an open source alternative to GitHub.
What I described was just an idea. I don't know how syncing would work but it must be possible because there are GitHub repos that are synced with project's own hosted repo. Linux kernel for example. That's why I assume it must be possible. Those sites wouldn't be too different from each other. They would be open source so everything could be compatible. You could just pick one and use only that and switch to another one only if your favourite site went down.
So that's my idea. What I think is stupid is having a single point of failure and being forced to use closed source software for development of open source. I don't hate the GitHub company. I just think that we software developers could do better than that :). -
You must have worked really hard to get there!
-
@orijin
Please no more frameworks. -
@brod
I never said anything about the price. I don't mind paying. GitHub and bitbucket are not free. -
@JS96, @DuckyMcDuckFace
I get that. The only problem with GitHub is that it's not open source. To develop open source software we use a proprietary platform. That makes us hypocrites. Plus if GitHub goes down for whatever reason what are we gonna do? If it was open source there could be multiple sites like that, with the same interface, hosted by different people, with the same projects. -
Orange PI whaaaat? Never heard of it.
-
Welcome!
-
Yeah and is it pure renewable energy?
-
@JS96 I'm only using GitHub because almost every fucking project uses it. I have no choice if I want to contribute.
-
You should be proud but you should have added a few easier ones for the newbs.
-
Awesome!
-
Please stop using both GitHub and Bitbucket. Use an open source alternative. Ever wondered why open source projects are hosted on a closed source platform? I just don't get it. It's crazy that we use proprietary software to develop free and open source programs.
-
But JS frameworks are a different story...
-
JavaScript is a great language. I don't see why anybody would hate it.
-
I hope it finds a loving family!

My break from programming is programming...
-
Woah you've got serious connections!
-
Toaster is better than a fridge.
-
It might be hard and the chances of succeeding might be low, but it doesn't mean you can't do it. If you fail just take a short break and try again. Good luck man!
-
Congrats!

He is a copy paste programmer :) - that's not programming. You are only a programmer when you write code.
Don't get him fired, don't humiliate him like people here say. Just explain him the difference. He is just trying to learn so let him. He doesn't know what he is talking about but that's ok. It might even turn out that programming isn't for him but he deserves a chance like everybody else. -
@Haxk20 wow that's really impressive!
-
Yeah I have the same. I open a text editor and a few minutes later it's 2 am...
-
This made me think of Windows 10.
-
How does their company even run? If that kind of people can be successful in running a company, everybody can!

Humans are always the weakest link in security.
