You like JS, do MEAN stack. Make some production apps and stuff. Understand that it doesn't scale as well as other stacks, but you can start on those when you need them. For now, stick with JS and get really good at it.

JavaScript is the only essential languages for sites. I know you can do things without it, but those are hacks and no one likes it when you do. Everything else like backend has plenty of options.

Two things I'd recommend. First is TDSSKiller by Kaspersky Lab, it's an excellent anti-rootkit utility. You do need to provide an email so they can send you the download link. The second is to try a bootable antivirus utility. When the malicious code doesn't run, it doesn't have the ability to hide itself very well.

@AlgoRythm I mean a book that has links to do /suicice, /warp, /sethome, /vote, and such with vanilla. Also, completely command-block based vote triggered drop parties. And anti-dupe systems for the book so you can't do villager exploits, and donor perk systems, and a book auto-updater so players with old versions get the new one when I make changes, and stuff. I did http://tiny.cc/gpr too, a one-command thing. (it's most certainly broken in recent versions.)
