@tysa true, but it still has variables, logic directives, looping, etc, so it counts. Obviously you couldn't get far if it were all you knew, but you'd still be a programmer in a sense.

@PRein @mxdpeep: I agree. Not because they're outsourced though. I've seen some awesome outsourced code. Just that the best people to write tests are the devs, and the best person to determine test cases is the dumbest end-user you can find.
