As an adult it can look gloomy to pick the life up if you had a shitty childhood and have a lot of traumas from that time.

What you do with that is your choice. I had decent childhood even there was a war when I was a kid and we had to leave our home. I am sorry that all the people didn't get decent hand of cards in life, but please try to make the best of what you got!

I also had some traumas, worked with proper coaches that helped me process them, I still have some, but in general I feel better about life no matter how it looks from the outside. The most important thing I learned is not what's outside, but how you feel and how you see things from the inside!

Dude just go with intermitent fasting, you might try 18/6 ratio if you want quicker results. Also drink a lot of fresh squeezed juice if you can, that shit helps a ton.

If you want to cleanse properly use spirulina pills.
