I fancy my chances with C# and regularly study it, doing tutorials etc, but my day to day work doesn't feature it at all, all of our websites are WordPress, running on php/mySQL as typical of most small web design agencies in my area.

Cortana sucks in the UK not that useful at all. Most of the time I forget it's there although to be fair I have disabled most of it as I don't want the performance drain.

There's no programmer shortage, it's simply the fact that programmers are expensive so like all good capitalists the uk government is trying to import programmers from foreign countries in order to lower programmers wages, justifying it by claiming there's a shortage.

Totally agree, tailwind makes html classes incredibly long resulting in poor readability. I like clean code, especially in html.

This is the main reason why I don't touch tailwind.
