Nothing irks me more than when I sit down with a fellow student and try to help them with a programming assignment that I’ve already completed and after clearly explaining everything to them they just say “Can I take a picture of your code?”. Uhm... no. Fuck you.

As a fairly new developer, I find it difficult to answer SO questions because all of the easy questions are already answered. Does this get less difficult as you progress as a developer?

The professor teaching my Web Applications course (which is taught in PHP) just admitted to learning PHP two weeks before the course started 🤦🏻‍♂️

Why does everyone here post about them getting a new phone?! We all get new phones all the time! If you’re posting about a new computer then that’s a little better cause you actually use that for dev, but a PHONE?! That’s like saying “Oh hey guys, I just wanted everyone to know that I got a new garbage can this week.”
