Well there will probably be google Fuchsia soon since the fallout with the java lawsuit. But anyway, hauwei will still be able to use android, they wont however be able to use the playstore, so they simply need to make their own. Quite a lot simpler than a new os, and with a big wechat market already there, they simply need to integrate that with android and replace the playstore. Hardly a death sentence...

@FrodoSwaggins Tesla's motors are not in the wheels. It is not the only way that makes sense, in fact it makes sense to keep the heaviest parts of the car as close to the centre as possible.

How did you get after effects to run on a computer without a gpu?

my god that icon is so much worse zoomed in. I never realised where my hatred for notepad came from until now. I hate it.

VBA is at least useful in excel and other msoffice products. I use it fairly regularly. Though I don't see any particular reason it couldn't be replaced by something better. Excell is a wonderful application, which could also be replaced with something better. Some open source replacement would be excellent.

Cellphones emit non-ionising radiation. I.e, the wavelength of the radio waves is too large to knock electrons from compounds (ionising them which would allow the newly created ion to undergo a chemical reaction it normally wouldn't). The amount of energy in the radio waves is also far too little to "cook" your skin or the flesh beneath it. You are quite safe and you could even strap the phone to your head if you want to look cool.

@Stuxnet Opinions should not be phrased as categorical statements.

I like rock climbing, doing theory of music (which is not dissimilar to programming) and cooking.

When you meet someone, force yourself to look them in the eye. Pick one eye to look at. Maintain eye contact while you shake their hand firmly. At this point it is ok to look away but try to look them in the eye when you speak to them. Immediately say hello, and after they reply ask a prepared general question. No questions that give yes or no answers. This is something you should have a few of, such as common questions like "tell me about your day?" (Note, do not ask them if their day was fine as this will not segue into anything). Don't ask people what they do for work. Ask them what they do for fun. Try to stay away from incredibly common questions like those about movies and music etc. Force yourself to nod at appropriate moments as they speak and repeat back their words to gain clarity. Pick out a detail about what they said.
In general you need to have a game plan. This is key even for non-awkward types. They have a game plan that they know works for them. -
@iskandergaba If you want you can try and get it working yourself if you have time, patience and dont mind most of it not working. https://github.com/google/...

You really need to read your sentences carefully if you are going to nit-pick about grammar and punctuation.
-
@QuanticoCEO Have you ever tried writing in full sentences? Really helps when trying to construct an argument since you have to think about what you are saying. In this case what you are saying sounds like the typical half-arsed apology/explanation given by people who enable bad behaviour. How can you say that you don't condone it while also saying that you won't do anything unless they commit a "crime" whatever that means in your country. That IS condoning it. Condone: approve or sanction (something), especially with reluctance.
-
@nitwhiz quite good yeah. I answered the question. Doesn't mean I can't also think it is weird that a person would bother to post a comment rather than google it.
-
@netikras I can tell by how seriously you took that comment that you probably don't care much for memes at all.
-
@crafter I never realised people would take this comment seriously...
-
@BadFox You'd think people would have learned to do that...
-
@nitwhiz so fancy or tuxedo winnie the poo is the meme format. This particular meme is my own creation for this website.
-
I wonder what product the license is for. Asking for a friend.
-
But what about my memes? My memes are dying :'(

@morteza I don't know what an african method is but I must be using them exclusively since I am African xD

Just ask the user for personal information and then return 'Your search - "[the search string]" - did not match any documents' for every query. That's worth $500 dollars imo.
