I can’t stand talk like that as well. Not only because it’s disrespectful to women, but it just shows how low minded they are, unable and unwilling to appreciate things beyond their sex drive.

Honestly... just ignore it... loose lips sink ships... do your work, and do start shit. It isn’t going to change their mind and how they view the world, if it bothers you that much, leave the company.... don’t try to force people to change for you... honestly that kind of talk is very prominent in a majority male industry... is it wrong.. yeah.. but does it really matter no.. it only truly matters if they actually commit some type of physical harassment... if it’s just guys being guys.. who the fuck cares.. move on.. ignore it... and keep going. Don’t let that shit get to you... remember.. nobody likes a squeaky wheel. And I’m no way encouraging the behavior.... but I’m not going to waste corporate resources and time and effort with no gain... especially if the employees have not committed any crimes.. AND are loyal to the company AND are skilled and experienced in their field. If their work ethic of getting shit done is hindered by the distractions of such talk then yeah, disciplinary actions should take place. Other than that ... if they arnt saying it directly to the person they are talking about then fuck it.. get your work done.

@QuanticoCEO Have you ever tried writing in full sentences? Really helps when trying to construct an argument since you have to think about what you are saying. In this case what you are saying sounds like the typical half-arsed apology/explanation given by people who enable bad behaviour. How can you say that you don't condone it while also saying that you won't do anything unless they commit a "crime" whatever that means in your country. That IS condoning it. Condone: approve or sanction (something), especially with reluctance.

That part is easy to handle. When you are at a company function, and your colleagues ask you out of the blue "Would you do that?" while pointing to a girl behind the bar l, who I am damn sure is there only to pay for her student fees, I feel sick to the stomach. -
Try to find a better job then shove the resignation letter in their faces. Do tell them why u left :)

sam21s44856yI have colleagues who break all hr rules for breakfast. I initially tried to leave them when conversations peaks to that height, but these bullies started picking on me. Well now i integrated well with the team but dont add to their those kind of conversation. Personally started playing my own game of ranking these bullies in my mind.
My suggestion, don't raise any hr issues- it's gonna look bad on you. Just swallow chill pills like me.
