Good mate, just working all the time, enjoying my time off over the holidays tho, how about you?
-
Glad you’re doing well Brian keep it up mate 👌
-
Forgot to mention job 1 is 5 min walk from home and job 2 is 25 mins commufe🙄😂
-
@suprano not us currency and not a us job just so you know
-
@gitpush Yes that’s my plan I appreciate he advice and good luck to you too
-
@gitpush job #2 is where I started out, it’s the reason why I am at the level I am today and to be completely honest I learnt a hell of a lot more in my stay there than I did anywhere else, I’m thinking about accepting it as he’s accepted my terms and provided everything gets put into a contract then I don’t see anything wrong with seeing how it goes, I’ll always have a fallback option and maybe even more offers on the future, it’s just all about the risks at this time IMO.
-
@MobiusDerp I’m 22, and not sure where I want to go other than up with learning along the way, this place is defo good to learn
-
@andrejus I was happy there, I enjoyed my work, but I had a lot of trouble with another employee that was above me so I left, now as per the terms of my return I answer directly to the ceo only and have no contact with the other employee unless needed. So I’m a bit meh on what to do
-
I should mention I was previously employed at job #2 at a point in time for over a year
-
Job #2 just offered to match job #1 after I said no, hmmmm
-
WPF 100%, MAKE SURE to follow MVVM pattern :)
-
I was in this situation, i said enough is enough, i start my new job on tuesday.
-
@SoulSkrix it’s bollox😂
-
@oscarascal @ryanmhoffman hard to plug-in a cable when I’m not near a plug socket or have a charger with me, was on public transport on the way back from an interview.
-
@AlexDeLarge I’m not the most calm person either, but the fact I have a house and bills to pay stopped me from doing something ridiculous lol
-
@AlexDeLarge I literally have never been more satisfied on quitting a job until now lol, well it’s the only one I have ever quit tho, he’s such an asshole, constantly throwing words at me like “are you disabled” and we’d get in a huge argument with me leaving work and not returning for a week lol. I couldn’t just leave permanent because I have a house to pay for etc unfortunately lol
-
@AlexDeLarge that’s companies for you in general bro, not much I can do other than work my ass off and gain more experience and progress.
-
@AlexDeLarge it was an apprenticeship wage in the UK then it got bumped up to minus wage which was 7.38, now my new job is paying me 11 an hour so yeah lol
-
OMG, feel like a fanboy now 😂
-
@Alice still got to work my notice tho, so should be a fun week or two.
-
@Alice that’s he hilarious thing, there is only me and the ceo that know what we are doing, someone else just quit today but he’s it support lol they’re fucked now.
-
Looks like you need a new fucking desk first 😂😂
-
@k0pernikus well, I have a job interview tomorrow, I’ve only been working commercially for a year, but I’ve been programming several years now, and I’ve been doing the job of a mid level dev on a really underpaid salary. So just tying to decide whether to ask for a bigger salary than a standard junior developer.
-
I WANT THAT THEME :(
-
Take mine....
-
what monitor is that? if you don't mind me asking?
-
@scytheri0n this tag shit work
-
Sounds like something one of my co workers would do
-

-
