1st is an illusion. if a boss is great, he won't allow a toxic workplace, else he is just an empathetic coworker
2nd is a temporary situation. if a boss is toxoc but people above/below/left/right are working towards creating a great environment, then sooner ornlater he is gonna get highlighted and booted
3rd is also an illusion (and at worst a temporary situation). parents seem toxic but eventually they seem to be the only people that are there for you. (doesn't apply for step/western parents, for which case, i can't comment) -
@dotenvironment If you think 3 is an illusion, you're very lucky and clearly haven't met people who have toxic parents (there are a bunch out there).

3rd one is worst. You can't change your family and thats how life is. but you can definitely fire your colleagues and bosses and switch jobs. Just research the company before switching.

2. Toxic boss but great workplace or
3. Toxic parents but great workplace and boss
Confession I've had all 3 for a long time at different times. Just that 3rd is permanent.🤷♂️
