				Sleep...
 Hibernate takes too long and uses too much disk space. Even with a fast SSD and VMware gets grumpy when waking up from hibernation vs. sleep.
 VMware+Linux for main development.
 Windows for MSSQL and C# development.

				My work machine is a laptop with a docking station, and it is set to hibernate on close. That means at the end of the day I just undock and go. Then when I redock the next day everything is where I left it!
 
 Of course, I still like to do a full shutdown / restart every now and again.... Because Windows...
