anxiety is a bitch. I'm only a few days without my meds and my sleep schedule is already fucked

    Pull an all nighter and try and reset your sleep schedule I just fixed it myself 2 weeks ago

    Try something you haven't already done before and see if it works.

    Music helps me with anxiety as does seeing thoughts about the opposite of what I'm anxious being equally or more true than the thoughts causing anxiety.

    Not sure of you have something that works but if you do and it is worth it for you even for temporary relief I hope the anxiety leaves you be and goes away.

    @darksideofyay the only other things I got are journaling, yoga, martial arts, and CBD.

    @localpost yeah my schedule is similar, if not worse.

    The moment i came home from the visit of my gf, it immediately became a random distribution function again.

    @kacoef yes that’s why I’m suggesting a one day reset solution please look it up it’s an actual technique
