My usual day at work, as a Designer.
Boss: Wow! Awesome design. Great work. I loved it.
Me: Thank you.
Boss: But wait, I have some change suggestions.
(After a while, gives 10-15 change suggestions that will completely change the overall design)

Maybe he didn't like it but wanted to be nice

I too have to deal with this. Hate editing the code for the design changes. It'd be nice if he employed a UI designer and fix a design with him so i can finally work on it and move on to next part of the product instead of tweaking design in same thing. I'm forced to half ass my work because of this.

This is completely normal for all design work ever.
It is infuriating!

@sarooooj one thing that annoys me even more is that when my pm asks with lots of enthusiasm "Did you change the colour to { enter some girly colour }?".

WTF?! You are more concerned about some stupid colour when I'm here busy changing the logical implementation to accommodate the new suggested changes?!

Also almost every colour she suggests are girly colours like pink, violet etc.
