The thumb on ctrl version seems rather unhealthy. I feel pain just by looking at that. The thumbs are for pressing spaces! If I were to see someone using their thumb like that I would give them a crash course in 10-finger-typing.

tahnik389908y@k0pernikus even the second one looks painful. Why do you need to fold two middle fingers? Just ctrl+c while the middle fingers are hovering over the asd keys.
-
tahnik389908y@philcr bloody hell man, that must be painful. Are you by any change from hell? Why punish yourself like this :(

philcr30568y@tahnik as well as having a flexible thumb I have issues with my little and ring fingers on my left hand from breaking the bones years ago
-
koriwi2378yI think the uncomfortable position is only for the picture so you can see which fingers he uses ;)

pundit658y@k0pernikus - it works better on Mac. The Cmd key (where Win Alt is I think) works well under the thumb for me.

@FitzSuperUser u have macros for copy paste? What are those nonexistent standarts??
-
I have sticky modifiers, and I use the outer pad of my palm to tap control (then release it) then use my index finger to tap v.
-
Neither. Pinky on ctrl, forefinger on cv and middle/ring fingers are hovering over the board.

Any time I watch a non-dev/computer person type, I love to see what new cringe-worthy ways they press keyboard shortcuts with.
Usually disappointed when I realize they actually click copy and paste in context menus or right clicking. -

There are two kinds of people...
Which one are you?
