whimsical175923hDo you hear it so often or are you repeating things? Maybe it's a good idea to let someone external watch your CV and maybe record an interview and ask someone what could've possibly been wrong. Maybe there is something you don't know. For starters scrap everywhere the word Junior from cv, it means nothing: junior in one company doesn't mean junior in other company since it's not based on years anymore. Dont be too detailed. You want to be invited. They must be wanting to ask questions. My cv is quite generic and works very well. Less is more.

D-4got10-01276920hYes. Heard that one before. I don't know how common it was percentage-wise as I'd sent out so many applications the last time I lost count. -
YourMom122918hCheck your linkedin profile is neutral or your posts are inflammatory on there. Its the most PC place you will find and recruiters judge based on profile as well. And a lot of the recruiters are cunts that will reject you if they think your resume was created with AI. Yet they use AI for all sorts of shit. Some recruiters reject based upon "feels" and not facts.

jestdotty667517h@SidTheITGuy people do name discrimination by trying to guess ethnicity from your name. there was a reddit post some user made of them sending the same resume everywhere just changing the name. can't find it now but it was way more discrimination than the official academic studies (and official academic studies ofc only care if you're a protected class, because it just fits the narrative well)
my bf regularly gets asked straight up his ethnicity when applying to jobs in California. it's fine to ask tho because they wanna hire more ethnics now!

they literally changed the name of this article... because they got in trouble for saying Indian lmao -
TeachMeCode547715h@jestdotty like do they literally ask his enthinic background or is it just a common select your race which you see in pretty much every application
