12bitfloat1110425dDo note that toml doesn't really do nested objects easily, so not the best choice for a scene graph, but I guess you could just have a flat list of objects with parent = <id> field -
YourMom183925d@12bitfloat so use TOML for flat chested no ass data, and use JSON for voluptuous data representations?
You heard it hear first. JSON has better tits than TOML. -
YourMom183925d@Lensflare XML is obsessed with underwear and underwear styling. Too old fashioned.

hjk101564225dI love TOML first saw it with Hugo (static site generator). Don't know if it suits your purpose but if it does, good in you. -
12bitfloat1110419d@BordedDev If you keep to a sane subset yaml is actually pretty nice IMO. When people say they hate YAML most of the time they hate the weird kubernetes config language which is YAML with special tags for a bit of scripting (which is very horrible)

I know u guys don't care but I chose to go with TOML for lights and entities eg triggers, enemies, player spawn, etc.. and IQM. Plus it'll be a FPS engine, just like Quake (no)!
