I think my post-covid brain fog is over. I feel the sharpness of my thoughts again. It's like comparing opening 300 chrome tabs on a dual-core Intel Atom N550 vs Intel Ultra 7 165H.

Took me what, ~3 years to get over it...?

I feel like I can do dev work again, not just devops.

    urgh mine is slow going

and from the vaccine. just putting it in there. I had COVID in the first "deadly" wave and it didn't do shit. but the vaccines numbed out my nerves and then I had a stroke the doc kept insisting was a migraine... I've had migraines and that was nothing alike. then I had clots all over my thighs, couldn't sleep for 2 months, mania for 2 years, and all sorts of problems like turning jaundice, unable to eat basically every food, turning purple, violent convulsions, nearly dying in my sleep due to a few reasons, unable to self heat. great time

my brainpower was like x20 before... a few months ago I began being able to remember what I did the day prior though so that's something

my IQ went from 145 to 120 but that doesn't even cover it. I had to speak out loud because I couldn't have thoughts inside my own head. it was super fucked up

I'm still not fucking the same. I'm still taking pills to reduce symptoms. I still can't fucking eat food. allergic to everything

What a relief! My father will be delighted to hear that long-covid can end, he's been trying to make peace with never regaining his intellect.

I’m tapering off anticholinergics and really enjoying this fog lifting though anxiety is up quite a bit…
