mental health is tanking due to authority wanting everyone psychologically destabilized
when you raise kids as a woman you imprint your emotional profile on the child. if you're emotionally fucked up you will be fucking up that job
mother's who are anxious or depressed don't bond with their kids well. they need to mirror their emotions, be available for their kids, and basically teach their kids emotional stability...
if the woman never learned emotional stability, or worse and worked a stressful job, popping Xanax instead of having actual mental health, and listening to people degrading her, the magazines, tv, tanking her self esteem all her life... she will make her baby cry and will fuck it up. the stress comes from that
if in high anxiety mothers can't emotionally bond with their kids cuz they will not be attending to the baby's emotions and needs. then they're selfish-aligned and will be guessing instead of responding, and chores are not "natural". no emotional fuel for them -
I can't say that job is not stressful. However, a job where you are dodging bullets or dealing with high consequences if you make a mistake would be a lot more stressful. A surgeon working on someones brain for 12 hours seems it would be a lot more taxing mentally and physically.
Some dudes in general take on high risk high reward jobs for the adrenaline boost. So I think some dudes live for the stress. -
@Demolishun Don't forget it can take years to learn you majorly fucked up. Sometimes that definite result of getting hit by a bullet is easier/less stressful because you don't have to wait 18+ years to discover you majorly fucked up something you love dearly

Not saying I agree with the claim, but let's rationalize it. If you're caring for an infant that means you don't really sleep, that alone sucks deeper than a lot of _regular_ jobs. Small children in general can't do shit on their own so they're completely dependant on you, and once they learn how to talk, they'll also drive you fucking nuts.
So it *can* be quite stressful. But is it the MOST STRESSFUL? I dunno; most probably not. -
@Liebranca I once told a school teacher: "I work with kids too. But they are big and swear a lot."

Hazarth97597dId argue parenting is not a job though, so it doesn't belong on the list. It's not a paid nor assigned position. I mean baby-sitting is a job, but parenting? It's very 21st century to think of it as a job or a chore to do...
I saw a video today that claimed that the MOST STRESSFUL job in the world is ...
wait for it....
Midwife/Stay at home parent.
I lol'd at it. I just thought, can't they automate a bunch of their chores with say, roombas, dishwashers and washing machines?
