Anyone else's arms take a serious hammering from constantly leaning on armrests and desks?

Yes, stop leaning on your elbows, you're putting pressure on the nerves

Be careful… resting your elbow too long on it doesn’t just numb your hand. It’s the first sign of pressure on the ulnar nerve—and if it continues, your hand can slowly weaken, curling up like a ghost out of control. The initial tingling will turn into a constant pain, and eventually you’ll find yourself no longer holding anything… as if your hand is no longer yours.

Just like playing https://drift-boss.pro Drift Boss, one second of distraction, one moment of loss of control, and your car will go off the track—and by the time you realize it, it may be too late.
