- Stop eating processed food as much as possible
- Do sport on a regular basis (nothing extreme, just something to stay fit and set)
- (Take this one seriously please) reduce masturbation to 3 times a week.
- Go to bed early for at least 2 weeks and find a time-zone to sleep in that actually makes you feel awake.
- Go out regularly and get some Sun (Sun = Vitamin D = Serotonin = Less tired and less depresso) -

R5on11c10557y@qwert not fapping at all isn't healthy aswell. You should have intercourse weekly or at least every 2 weeks or something to compensate for intercourse.
Completly quitting can lead to a lot of problems. -
R5on11c10557y@githapppens not quite... first you become a little more agressive and horny for no reason, then you just feel uncomfortable. After a few months you simply don't become horny at all and a few years down the line and you simply become infertile and your hormones are screwed up. That ends either with you becoming overly agressive or so passive that you become a doormat with no sexual drive.

R5on11c10557y@thevariableman I just see a lot of false information or simple assumptions about certain things out there and most of the time people leave the conversation with simply wrong information.
I don't know about you but that bothers me a little so i set the records straight. -
R5on11c10557y@Condor keep in mind that some people have it genetically easier. Depending on your genetics you can have a much higher base Serotonine and Dopamine production which leads to you being awake and motivated.
Not implying that you are one of those people, but it explains how some people are just out of nowhere awake and motivated with no apparent reason. -
