The only items anywhere close to this that ive searched or bought would be a paper notebook, a year ago.

Also, why are cd cases so damn expensive even in bulk???

This is an app that when I search for pizza I get McDonald’s, Chinese and other non pizza places and they have two separate categories for sushi and Japanese which makes no sense. It’s the worst most broken ass app I ever used.

Maybe the mcpizza is sadly real……eeew

It makes even less sense when we have pizzerias every quarter ass mile many of which subscribe to DoorDash and the search returns McDonald’s!!!! WTF

@awesomeest I mean they are not even gaynbow colored cd cases.

    @Demolishun IT WAS REAL!!!

Guess what??? The local Chuck E. Cheese actually delivers pizza. Yes, imagine being surrounded by real pizzerias in New York with fucking pizza places every square inch of this area and having the damn nerve to order Chuck E. Cheese? Obviously kids would want to go there for the germ infested ball pit and creepy animatronics which is the main reason why that chain exists.

    I’ll be damned!!

@TeachMeCode somebody once described Chuck E Cheese as a gambling casino for kids.

I liked chuckie cheese as a kid. It wasnt for the pizza and i thought the people in suits were creepy... i had no idea why anyone would want that crap.
I liked the arcade games. In hindsight it's probably a huge contributor to my comp sci ability. Id get annoyed when they didnt work as they were supposed to so i ended up figuring out how to fix the machines. I keep finding/remembering more shit i did as a kid that really shouldve stuck out more as odd... like the pattern recognition of arcade games and how id be calculating the value of tickets/prizes vs tokens. Ive probably done more training of arcade techs than the places they got hired at... just cuz the machines being broken annoyed me. It's definitely continued on... zap zone(laser tag chain), dave and busters, the big arcade in the hotel by me... im really bad at tolerating broken machines so ive just ended up teaching the techs.

@awesomeest yeah I remember that stuff from our tg chat thread!

@awesomeest the broken machines when I was a kid were the ones that gave you electric shocks when you touched the bolts.

I did enjoy the odd hacked Street Fighter game though.

Well all these big dept stores are pushing various bandages and gauze pads for my “we picked this for you” list and I’ve only a few times ordered them from a now closed down rite aid…

We had a local arcade growing up that was the shit bc it had lazer tag and paintball in the same building but it got shut down due to a rat takeover 🐀😢

Doordash and the likes is digital enslavement of vulnerable people for the sake of "convenience".

Get the stuff yourself, get less stuff. You and the world will be better of.

someone confused the big brother with anti-tracking measures so much that it started glitching

I did that to youtube a while ago

@kiki youtube goes nuts on me easily. I looked up some late 90s/early 00s songs in english one day, that coupled with my typical german medieval rock and beyond... somehow it started suggesting madonna and taylor swift
