@Voxera yeah you are right, management people have a lot of headaches
-
@C0D4 haha he is a cool kid, but...you know it kinda feels bad haha, but he studied a lot to get 99 percent in CAT exams to get into IIM so kudos to him for that but still i kinda wish i would have got 20-30 LPA when i was a fresher instead of 2.5 LPA when i started in IT :p
-
@IntrusionCM mark my words bro in a few years we will surely have someone with the title 'porn dev' :p haha
-
@deadlyRants hehe tell me about it, for running a new project assigned to me , i had to downgrade my node version to 14 point something. Haha, its a nightmare especially in case of react native. React projects doesnt give me so many errors but RN project errors eff my brains out :p
-
@IntrusionCM hey man got it :)
-
@IntrusionCM and i have never heard of any managers ordering the interns to do any non tech work haha, like mopping the floors and stuff , atleast not in india :p
-
@IntrusionCM i was just speaking against those backend guys who talk badly with the frontenders even though the frontender is working hard with a lot of technologies and getting way better pay than the backend engineer and also overall doing a good work. My post was against these type of backend guys who think that the work which they do is the best and the frontenders' job sucks. Thats not how it should be, engineers should work together. not all backend guys are like that but some of them are. There are rotten apples everywhere.

@ars1 i kinda like working with react and react native, debugging is sometimes a headache but other than that, its fun.
-
@black-kite yeah man react with npm/yarn packages makes it really easy to implement features, i cant imagine doing all this with plain javascript
-
@IntrusionCM hey man sorry if i offended you or something
-
@UnicornPoo yea you are right...linkedin is such a weird echo chamber
-
@darksideofyay haha it really sucks you know...i have already told my inlaws that i joined this company, they dont know i left it haha, i hope i get a new job soon :p
-
@PappyHans i am so sorry to hear this...i hope we both gets good jobs soon :)
-
@dissolvedgirl hey dont worry, keep making somr personal projects, brush up your skills WHILE applying :) best of luck. I was scared of redux but i started working on it and ultimately i understood it and started applying it, it was really an eureka moment, now i can brag about it during the interviews and the interviewer is like 'okay okay thats enough, you know it i see' haha
-
@100110111 thanks a lot bro, i really need some luck, it seems only bad things are happening to me these past few weeks...
-
@100110111 yes for me job satisfaction, work life balance and good work culture matters a lot, i hope i find a good company soon...
-
@atheist in the offer letter its just written 'standard work hours is from 9:30pm to 6:30pm'
-
@C0D4 yes i will tell them that :)
-
@null0v0id yes i am already searching...the pay is good, i really wished the company culture would have been good :'( , it sucks to remove the experience from linked in haha
-
@jiraTicket yeah its quite a small company, total 50 employees, in my team there are 4/5 people but i am only the one in the react native team. So no senior react native dev to ask for help.
-
@jespersh ok
-
@petergriffin i told him but he was like 'i am disappointed...i wasnt expecting such low output...i have to talk to your boss...ok fine..thanks bye'...
-
@captain-sully thanks man, i got a new job :)
-
@platypus i left that place...
-
@rutee07 ghosts from our pasts right haha
-
@rutee07 yeah i declined it but it kinda made me feel like i am not suitable for a dev job when he said that. I was scared too for a min. A stable good programming job for me is a dream come true for me and if some interviewer says like that, it kinda hits the confidence inna negative way you know...
-
@wackOverflow i know but i like working with mongo db and i love the mern stack, thats the type of jobs i am looking for. I am not saying mysql is bad but i love how easy it is to work with APIs in mern stack.
-
@N00bPancakes :'(
-
@Biggy you are right...
-
@captain-sully kindly let me know if you come across any vacancies of mern stack in mumbai brother, my email id is souvikpunk@gmail.com
