Owh well.. in this particular case, it was just a simple fading out effect. So, i am sure no one could tell the difference. It's just that some people must put their 'touch'.. they always want to fault your work, no matter what! They ALWAYS have something to say about EVERYTHING.. owh well..

To test one function only, I usually create a fiddle and test it right away.. I also pass fiddles links to colleagues to show a workaround or a quick fix. It's easier than passing actual files.

Should have some source control.. working with a team and having direct access to everything on the server isn't right 😅

@sylar182 yeah.. I can imagine. I had friends in master classes who wouldn't know how to write a line of code.. they have a master degree in IT ..

In 2013. I was working as a part timer and tutoring at college while doing my master in IT. The subject was web development 101. The prof taught them to use TABLES. tables everywhere.. I ditched his outline and taught them proper development as if they were doing proper client jobs. It's worth mentioning that even after the course was over, students kept coming back to me fo consultation and to ask questions about their personal projects.
