@Gowtham95india sounds like he does it from recovery mode and that his device is unlocked from factory. you will have to use an unlocker tool for your note 3 (can't fluffing remember it's name atm) :p

reminds me a bit about today with a keyboard that got it's enter key stuck while i imaged it through sccm, it was beeping and beeping every freaking reboot! xD

sadly i didn't get it, another classmate that is better to talk than with computers got it, and don't remember what i answered. luckily i got an apprenticeship a year later now :p
