I was in Afghan a couple years, I know pretty well how they work as well. The point I was trying to make with my first post was that they all NVGs use (not emit) IR wavelengths.

It's a Firebase object modeling library, taking heavy cues from Mongoose. In short, I've always used Mongoose and MongoDB for projects, but a buddy of mine has a project that's already using Firebase that I came on to help with the API work. I didn't find anything like Mongoose for Firebase, so I decided to start building my own.
