@saucyatom Also when microdosing (0.2 mg), it's good idea to take it couple hours before intended sleeping time. This way it has time to work
-
@-red They just make things more interesting
-
I did on the same thing, but it generated "music" from text, and it couls also convert the same midi files back to text

And here I am, a vegan vim user running arch 😂

It kinda makes sense at the moment, since you pretty much get money poured at you just by having a startup at silicon valley. That bubble is gonna burst sooner or later
-
@kunashe And then we can sit in silence together!

I found them last week and the same happened to me, then they ended :c

Check out polyphasic sleep rhythm. In summer I tried "softcore" version where I slept 4.5h in night and took 1.5h nap in the day. After getting used to, I was feeling much more energetic without detectable downsides

@wOnzky welll, the t-shirts were out of stock, so this has to do :D

More like "Oh, flux filter is turning off. I guess it's morning"

Or maybe they know that in the end, being a programmer means that one is just good at googling how to do stuff 🤔

@tisaconundrum @FitzSuperUser Thanks guys! I never would have thought that working in multiple companies would have a negative impact 0.0
-
@tisaconundrum Thanks :3 I need to get just 2.5 more points to pass the course, so maybe I just endure the defending and hope I won't get her as a teacher anymore
-
@tisaconundrum Yeah, I commented everything properly, but they left some of them off....
-
In Estonia they actually work, once you learn to handle them correctly
-
Oh I love it in devRant that you can say something that tells hell lot of user without being downvoted into oblivion

@linuxer4fun In case you aren't a masochist, it's usually much easier to move gradually to polyphasic sleep. In the beginning, I myself slept 6h + 1,5 nap, then transitioned after a month to 4,5h core sleep. The pain in the ass period was about two weeks after both transitions.
Of course it's possible to jump straight into shorter core, but it might take longer to adapt. My guess would be three weeks or so.
And you will know you have adapted the rhythm when you wake naturally at the right time, and are not tired. -
First weeks will be horrible, but you must not oversleep! Otherwise your body won't get used to shorter core sleep.
I would also recommend either 4.5h or 3h for the core sleep, so you don't wake up in the middle of a cycle.
Good luck! -
