I met my girlfriend due to code.
There were these free courses for competitive programming as a preparation for the informatics olympiad and we got along and made weird programs and had a great time. Most of the other people there were much younger than us, and in the actual finals she ended up beating me by quite a bit, yet she still dares to say I am a better programmer.
It's been almost a year since then. Wow20 -
This is some nevt level phishing. I wrote the guy who was listed in WHOIS an E-Mail, correcting his mistakes.17

Being majestic as a web developer:
1. Hacking through the DevTools to remove the anti-AdBlocker overlay + vertical scrolling paralysis on news website
2. See point 115 -
Set up an account at Wells Fargo today and they told me the password requirements... This is a joke right?11

A friend of mine is creating a website for our school project and the website is getting to look worse and worse.
Here is a picture he sent me today.22 -
When there are no widely approved Swedish translations of big data terminology, such as "big data" itself. When discussing this kind of terms you have to resort to using the English words for them, which results in a horrible language mix, Swenglish.39

Damn devrant, the double tap to ++ feature has me addicted.
Now I'm double tapping answers on Quora
1. Realize it doesn't work
2. Go to next answer
3. Repeat 😐8 -
A friend asked if I could take a look at the function, which he wrote, to see if two trees are equal.
The chat conversation:
F: I sent code.
Me: *put eye on "flag and && true"
F: Hey?
F: You are there?
F: All right?!
A few hours later...
Me: Each time this function is executed, a programmer dies. Goodbye.
And so it's over.10 -
Coding has changed my life in a way where I no longer look for simple answers. I look at things deeper and more logically.
That this picture for example, I was at a pub quiz and got this handout, #2 I was thinking was hex, or the ASCII table or some sort of shifted by one arrangement. Nope! They just put numbers between the fucking letters!?!?!??5 -
I've written a lot of bad code, seen a lot, but attached is the most recent 'worst' I've seen.
What makes the situation worse/funny is:
1. The developer's code comment.
2. Check-in passed a code review.
3. The 'legacy code' was written last week.29
